Love this! I too hate single use gadgets – garlic press aside (which I use so often it is always in the dishwasher and I’ve actually considered buying a second one).

I love “Do I need this?”! Haha, it’s a great idea, kinda like David Letterman’s “Is this something?” And kudos to admitting when you ultimately don’t really need something!
